Homework for Thursday Nov 12
Hi class,
I hope from today on everyone will be able to see the blog. Just in case you still can't see it, I left it public just for this week.
Please go back to my previous post and write your stories into the website www.joyofreading.in . We'll look at them in class.
For next time please do the Spelling Spot (their, there, they're) from page 35 and exercises 3, 4 and 5 from page 13, where you had your homework for today.
Marta and Andrea, please don't forget to re-write your writings about Walkabout book on the colored paper.
And now here something fun. What is this?

Now go to the British Council website to check what it is :)

Books and the Magic of Books
Hello class,
This year we started our series of books with "The Walkabout", the story of two American children who survive a plane crash and who are helped by an Australian aboriginal boy. This encounter changes their lives forever.
Books are magical! Do you like books? Who did first introduce you to books?
Here is a video of a young man who thanks his grandma for introducing him to the wonderful world of books.
Look at the video and do the tasks below. In case you need help, look at the TRANSCRIPT.
Then go to www.joyofreading.in and look at some videos in the Gallery.
Enjoy,
Silvia
